WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP
First of all, thank you for you order! Most orders ship out within five to seven business days. Shipping timelines are post fulfillment (after the production of product). We do not ship on weekends or on these US holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Orders shipped via USPS will not ship on holidays observed by the US Postal Service, such as President's Day, Martin Luther King Day, etc.
WHAT IF MY ADDRESS IS WRONG ON MY ORDER
Orders will be fulfilled and shipped to the address given on the original order and cannot be changed or adjusted once fulfillment has begun. If you notice there is a mistake with your address after placing the order, please email CONTACT@COUNTERFEITCLOTHING.CO within 24 hours of when you placed the order. After 24 hours, we will, unfortunately, be unable to change or adjust the address.
DAMAGES, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your order because it doesn't fit the way you would like, there is an issue with the print/artwork (printing default) or it was damaged during shipping, you may return the product for store credit or exchange it for a new product of the same style. All returns or exchanges must be requested by emailing CustomerService@ThreadsofeNVy.com within 15 days of delivery and include a picture of the issue for review. Any requests after the 15 day window or that does not include a picture of the issue will not be accepted. Please allow 2-3 weeks for review. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on sale items, collaboration items, items being sold for donations or if a promo/discount code was used. Threads of eNVy is not responsible for shipping costs on returned or exchanged items that are not damaged or have a printing default.
REFUNDS

ORDER CHANGES: CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?
We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, we cannot change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order including promo/discount codes. If you did not input a promo/discount code before placing your order, we will unfortunately be unable to add it once your order is placed.
CREDIT CARD & PAYMENT: HAVING TROUBLE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD OR PAYMENT INFO?
Your payment source might not be accepted for various reasons. Please check to make sure that the name and address entered in the "Billing Information" field are entered exactly as this information appears on the statements you receive from the issuing bank or financial institution. Also, confirm that the credit card number, expiration date and card verification number are correct. If this doesn't work, please contact your issuing bank or financial institution to verify your information, and make sure there are no holds placed on your account.
